All the furniture and some of the decor we sell is not "new." It may be an antique or gently used, but it IS used. We try to limit our purchases to pieces from smoke free homes, and every piece is thoroughly cleaned before we even begin working on it. However, we cannot guarantee against allergens or minor damage. We will point out any damage we are aware of and/or any issues with function/condition.

We price our items based on what they would sell for new, less about 25-50%. Our prices are negotiable, so feel free to make an offer, if you think our price is too high! Keep in mind, we also market for our vendors, and they may not be willing to lower a price. Also be aware that all our merchandise is the direct outcome of an artistic vision that someone nurtured into reality. That makes us kind of prickly about low-ball offers.

All sales are final. We don't typically offer refunds or credits, except under unusual circumstances. We appreciate your business, but we are a small business - not Walmart. We will never pressure you to make a purchase, so we expect you to make a good decision about what you can afford and to be sure the piece will fit in the area you want to place it BEFORE you make the purchase. Once an item leaves our store, we fill that spot with new merchandise and don't have room to put returned items back on the sales floor. In the event that we damage the piece when removing it from the sales floor, while in storage or during delivery, we will make it right by either refunding the full purchase price or offering a discount to compensate for the damage.

We deliver! We do charge a delivery fee, and it is also non-refundable. We will call to remind you that we are coming. However, if you are not home on the day and time we agree to bring your piece to you, we will charge you a second fee to reschedule. We consider you "not home" even if you are there but don't answer the door.
